After more than 10 years as a project manager, intrapreneur, and lecturer in business, education, and innovation, I have learned that impact is not created through control, but through connection—to yourself, to others, and to your vision. Today, I help people and organizations live exactly that. My path led me away from traditional careers and into self-management, a connection to nature, and a holistic way of working.
