I’m June - a facilitator, startup mentor and learning experience designer. I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership, People & Culture and practical AI. Creating spaces where people feel seen, ask better questions and turn complexity into momentum.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked with founders, students, leaders and teams across universities, startup ecosystems, accelerator programs and organisations. I’ve built and led programs, designed workshops and curricula, mentored early-stage ventures and supported teams through growth and change.
My work has taken me from entrepreneurship education and sustainable business models to leadership, People & Culture and practical AI. The topics vary, but the core of my work stays the same: helping people understand what really matters, talk honestly and take the next useful step.
I don’t believe meaningful change comes from pushing people harder. It comes from creating the right structure, asking better questions and building spaces where people feel safe enough to think, contribute and grow.
I turn broad challenges and scattered ideas into focused conversations, practical exercises and concrete next steps.
I listen closely, notice what is happening beneath the surface and make space for different voices without losing direction.
